After the first update of the year, roster updates land roughly every 3 weeks on Fridays during the MLB regular season — not weekly. Major updates (a full attribute pass) typically arrive about once a month, with smaller minor updates in between.

A Major update is a full attribute pass that re-rates hundreds of cards at once (usually monthly). A Minor update only applies transactional changes and small tweaks — typically a few dozen cards — between the Major updates.
