How To Complete the Egg Hunt Program in MLB The Show 25

Spring has officially sprung in MLB The Show 25, and with it comes one of the most rewarding and festive featured programs yet: the Egg Hunt Program. We break down the whole program and tell you how to complete the mystery missions so you can complete the program before second dinner on Sunday.

Program Overview

This program is a mix of classic objectives, hidden challenges, and collectible chaos. Your primary goal is to collect 100 Stars to unlock all featured players and rewards.

Total Rewards:

• 35,000 XP toward the Season XP Path
• 8 Show Packs
• 1 Deluxe Egg Hunt Pack

Featured Player Rewards:

• 10 Stars – Egg Hunt Series Joe Boyle, SP (Tampa Bay Rays)
• 30 Stars – Egg Hunt Series Logan O’Hoppe, C (Los Angeles Angels)
• 50 Stars – Egg Hunt Series Riley Greene, LF (Detroit Tigers)
• 100 Stars – Egg Hunt Series Jazz Chisholm, 2B (New York Yankees)

How to Earn Stars

1. Moments (10 Stars Total)

Play through 9 Egg Hunt-themed Moments to snag 10 easy stars. One of these will pay out 2 stars and if you're interested in the riddle aspect of the program, pay attention to that Moment.

Tip: Play these first to unlock the Purple Egg (used in the Colleggtion)!

2. Mystery Missions

Each mystery challenge is tied to a pun or hidden clue. Here’s the breakdown:

Each mystery mission earns 5 stars in the program.

3. Colleggtion – Collect the Eggs (50 Stars)

Scattered across the Diamond Dynasty universe are 7 collectible eggs. You only need 5 to claim the 50-star bonus.

Where to Find the Eggs:

Tip: You can ignore two eggs and still earn the full 50 stars from the collection. Choose based on your preferred game modes (e.g., skip online if you prefer offline).

Recommended Completion Order

1. Complete All 9 Moments – Net 10 Stars + unlock the Purple Egg.
2. Tackle Diamond Quest & Conquest – Grab up to 4 eggs: Green, Blue, Red, Yellow.

4. Submit the Colleggtion – As soon as you get 5 eggs, turn them in for the massive 50 Star bonus.
5. Optional Online Grind – Earn Pink and Orange eggs if needed for the collection.
