SDS has promised a ton of Diamond Dynasty content to be available at launch, and today was the first look at the massive amount of cards coming to MLB The Show 26 at Early Access launch.
Live Content Part 1 was the live stream today, with devs breaking down what to expect on launch night with the major game modes and programs.
Programs

There will be 4-total WBC Programs, with each pool of teams getting their own programs.
Cornerstone Programs return. Each program will only have a single Cornerstone card this year. Programs now consist of five Moments with two missions that can be completed with any players you want. No more lower rated versions of the Cornerstone card with attached grinds.
Each Inning Program will have new Cornerstone programs and rewards.
Bill Mazeroski

Bill Mazeroski has a dedicated player program that rewards an 85 overall version in observance of his recent passing.
Spotlight Programs return, with more details coming in the first week of April when the first program drops.
My Legacy

Stat thresholds have been altered to reflect the community's cumulative data to hopefully streamline the timeline on progressing in each My Legacy program.
New uniforms, bat skins, and more have been added for most of the stat categories.
There is also a collection for My Legacy items that rewards more aesthetic unlockables.
Team Affinity

Two separate programs. The main path maxes out with the Jolt rewards for reach team at 100,000 TA points. The "extended" content (packs, icons, etc) is contained in the #1 Fan program within Team Affinity.
Each team will have a pitcher and hitter Captain from the Jolt series in Team Affinity at launch. This means every team can have double-Captain boosts day one.
Events

Events will only be active for limited amounts of time to make them feel more unique. This means there will occasionally not be an active event. Events will now have their own time limited program with at least 1 exclusive reward contained within.
The details on the first Event of the year - WBC Moonshot:
- Card rewards will be sellable.
- First reward of the year is 88 Brice Turang.
- Events no longer require wins to complete.
- Various stat-based missions now reward program stars, which is how Event progress is earned.
- Bonus stars can still be earned by accumulating wins.
The goal was to make the Events easier to complete for more people, while still rewarding players who are able to win easily.
Battle Royale

Battle Royale Stub Vouchers are worth 50,000 Stubs at launch. SDS will monitor feedback with no commitments to plans until they see how things go.
Ranked Seasons

Championship Series division (700) gets a player choice pack as a threshold reward.
The first World Series reward Choice Pack features 90 Clayton Kershaw and 90 Geraldo Perdomo.
The exclusive 1000-rating gold World Series reward returns for anyone that reaches at least 1000 rating in Ranked Seasons.
Weekend Classic returns with mostly a similar design. There will still be two exclusive players to choose from each Weekend Classic.
Multiplayer Program

All rewards are fully revealed and earnable at launch. There will still be new missions dropped over time, but the entire program is able to be fully completed from day one.
Event missions are now built into the program.
Single-game missions will also appear occasionally.
A new Chained Hidden Missions wrinkle has been added, with vague mystery missions listed that unlock in order. These are not required to fully complete the program, but reward more stars for those that are able to complete them.
