- 88 overall Adrian Beltre, Mark McGwire, and Manny Ramirez are the first three Bosses.
- You can earn up to two of the 1st Inning bosses. Purchasing the third will give you 30,000 XP in the 2nd Inning Program.
- The XP wheel returns in MLB The Show 25.
Mini Seasons
87 overall C.C. Sabathia is a Mini Season reward available at launch.
Booster players return but are earnable by completing specific tasks instead of achieving stats.
Conquest
The USA map has been broken up into three separate regions.
Rewards are said to be equal or perhaps more than the traditional USA map.
Assorted Programs
- Spotlight programs are the timed programs like Topps Now and Monthly Awards.
- My Legacy is the stat accumulation program.
- These feature rolling stat accumulations that provides long-term goals. The program pays out unique cosmetic rewards including bat skins, uniforms, and more.
- Themed sets hitting the Show Shop will also have a companion program tied around the same theme that will ALSO pay out a themed pack and a final card reward that's going to be at a competitive overall.
- The Starter Program will pay out Gold versions of the cover athletes (Skenes, De La Cruz, Henderson) and 83 overall Roger Clemens as the final reward.
- The Spring Breakout Program returns! 87 overall J.J. Wetherholt is the final reward.
- The Pipeline Program features some of the top prospects in Minor League Baseball. 87 overall Walker Jenkins is the final reward.
Collections
- San Diego Padres 87 overall Leodalis De Vries is the Spring Breakout collection reward. Unlocked after collecting 10 Spring Breakout cards.
- When new packs hit the Show Shop, a corresponding collection will be added.
- The Pipeline collection features 88 overall Roki Sasaki as the ultimate collection reward once 35 Pipeline cards have been collected.
- Evolution Programs are Cornerstone Evolution cards.
Collecting all the individual cosmetic awards pays out a unique Touch Grass uniform.
Legends and Flashback Collections
- Card series focused collections with unique rewards.
- Collecting all cards in a unique series will pay out a Voucher that can be redeemed in a future collection releasing on April 25.
