Casas drops into a rich-player pool as 1B is stacked with monsters and mashers. Still, this 2nd Half Heroes Triston Casas at least puts up a fight.
With 110 Contact and 109 Power against RHP and 62/101 against LHP with 105 Clutch, Casas certainly packs a powerful punch. The lower Contact against LHP is to be expected and could be platooned, but overall these are pretty tasty attributes for a 91 overall card.
The Fielding is low and this man might be slower than your grandma, but he can hit baseballs hard. A fun fit on a Red Sox theme team, and should be a solid budget 1B or DH for Stub-strapped teams or those looking for non-meta builds.
