Weekend Classic

A true extensions of Ranked Seasons, encompassing the final four days of each Ranked Season.
Your first six games will determine the league you begin each Classic. Rewards scale for these first six games and you can earn all rewards if you win all six games.
The League that you’re in do not reflect the opponents you’ll face. You still face opponents relative to your Ranked rating, but you get paired against 100 other players and your record during the League Classic are compared to those players.
Diamond Quest
Players use their own Diamond Dynasty squad but will also have occasional Moments that feature other cards.
Maps will be re-playable and rewards will generate randomly each session, outside of Bosses that will be locked.

The core mechanics of the mode will feature a dice roll, deciding the number of spaces you move on the board.
Board Sweepers are risk/reward games where you can earn rewards including packs and/or perks or incur penalties with a loss.
The Zone Sweeper moves across the board along with the player.
Perks stack as long as they are different tiers (Gold, Diamond, etc.)
Spaces on the board can be empty or Mystery Spaces that can pay out perks or more.
You can change your squad by saving your progress, backing out, then re-entering the board.

Peanuts are a currency only earnable in Diamond Quest. They can be spent on perk rewards from Coach’s Cart, a shop that offers upgrades.
Successfully completing challenges will increase your odds of earning the Epic-tiered rewards by what appears to be 1% per win.
Moments and games will be on Veteran difficulty, excluding the Zone Sweeper which forces Legend difficulty games.
There will be a total of three Diamond Quest maps at launch.
Diamond Quest does not require a Stub buy-in to play.
Losing the Stadium Challenge forfeits all the treasure rewards you’ve earned in the run to that point.

Moments and Mini-Boss showdowns are singular attempts.
Moments do not track stats or PXP, Mini-Bosses track mission progress, Stadium Challenges do all of the above.
Three-inning games will no longer adhere to the minimum batters faced rule!
Live Content
Instead of a singular Live Content stream next week as originally scheduled, SDS is breaking up all Live Content into a weeklong affair.

One more week to go! MLB The Show 25 Early Access begins March 14 with standard release coming on March 18.
