Believe it or not, MLB The Show 25 launches next week. Each week has featured Deep Dives at the beginning of the week, acting as the appetizer for the full-length Feature Premiere later in the week.
This week? Our bread and butter here at ShowZone: Diamond Dynasty.

These quick videos don’t necessarily represent everything that will be discussed in the Feature Premiere. Even in this short video, there’s quite a bit to get excited about.
- It goes without saying at this point, but the year-long power creep is back. That means we start with lower rated cards that increase in overall and power over the course of the year.
- Diamond Quest features a combination of Moments, Boss battles and other challenges. For the NBA 2K players amongst us, this sounds similar to Breakout.
- Weekend Classic = Weekend League. The last four days of each Ranked season features exclusive rewards that are being advertised as substantial.
- Team Affinity My Journey program features team specific tasks. TA will get live content drops throughout the year.
- Multiplayer Programs will attempt to combine all the singular programs from years past.
- There will be Spotlight programs which sounds to be the newest iteration of Monthly Awards.
- An all-new presentation package will be present for each sub-mode in Diamond Dynasty.
- There will be card specific milestone alerts.
Stay tuned for the full Diamond Dynasty Feature Premiere on Thursday, March 6. We’ll have all the latest here!
