The final program every year is the Forever Program, and that is what we're getting for the 11th Inning XP Program in MLB The Show 25. While there aren't any new Bosses or cards in the program, it does provide a chance for new or returning players to earn previous Inning Boss Choice Packs, as well as the Cornerstone and XP Path Reward cards.

11th Inning Program Details
All previous Cornerstone "beginner" cards are included in the Cornerstone Rewind pack at 7500 XP. This pack contains the lower-rated versions that have programs and missions attached, that ultimately reward the higher-rated version of each respective player. Frank Thomas, Cal Ripken Jr., and Nolan Ryan did not receive programs in the 10th Inning Program, so you'll simply get the 99 overall Cornerstone version of these legends.
There is also an XP Path Reward Rewind pack that features all previous cards earned exclusively in each Inning Program.
The Inning Program packs aren't "rewind" packs and they do not contain each of the Bosses. Instead, you simply get to choose a single card from the packs like normal. The 11th Inning Program features one Choice Pack each from the previous Innings. If you missed multiple Bosses in a given Inning, the market should flood and reduce the overall cost for a while.
Now & Later Packs
There is also a total of 9 Now & Later packs included in the 11th Inning XP Path. These are the special packs that feature a normal Show Pack in this year's game, but reward a voucher for a free pack when MLB The Show 26 launches. We did get some initial details on next year's game, which you can read here if you missed them.
The 11th Inning Program ends at 340,000 XP with an 88+ Live Series pack. From there, any XP you earn in MLB The Show 25 will go into the wheel spins that now feature a "Choose Any" Chase Pack, which allows you to choose any previous Chase card. This will greatly reduce the cost of these cards as well, so collections continue to get cheaper. There are also Stub Vouchers in the wheel spin rewards, as well as Ultra and Deluxe Choice packs and more.

On top of normal gameplay, missions and exchanges return to help players progress quicker in the program.

Enjoy the final grind, friends. It's been a hell of a year and Diamond Dynasty content isn't completely done, as we're still getting new programs and cards on the calendar. In terms of the big Inning Programs each month, however, this is the final one until we roll into MLB The Show 26 next year.
