Question 1

What are All-Time Teams in MLB The Show 26?

Accepted Answer

All-Time Teams are reference rosters that pull together the best cards in ShowZone's database for each MLB franchise, country, or birth state. ShowZone optimizes each lineup by True Overall — meaning the strongest possible squad you could build at every position using cards eligible for that franchise or hometown. They're useful for collection planning, Diamond Dynasty themed lineups, and figuring out which cards to chase for your favorite team.

Question 2

Are All-Time Teams playable in Diamond Dynasty?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every card in an All-Time Teams roster is a real Diamond Dynasty card you can acquire through programs, packs, the marketplace, conquest maps, or other in-game content. The All-Time Teams page is a planning tool — it shows you the strongest theme lineup; you build it in your own Diamond Dynasty by acquiring those cards.

Question 3

How are All-Time Teams rosters chosen?

Accepted Answer

ShowZone tests every eligible card at every position they can play, then assembles the lineup that maximizes total True Overall. Position eligibility matters — a card that can play SS and 2B will be considered for both spots and slotted wherever it produces the highest team rating. Pitchers are selected by True Overall at SP, RP, or CP roles. The result is the strongest possible all-time squad for that franchise or country given the cards available today.

Question 4

How often are All-Time Teams updated?

Accepted Answer

Rosters refresh automatically whenever player data changes — usually with each roster update (roughly every three weeks during the MLB season). New card releases, attribute changes, and parallel adjustments can all reshape the optimal lineup. If a new MLB The Show 26 Diamond drops for the Yankees, you'll see it slot into the Yankees All-Time roster as soon as our calculations catch up.

Question 5

Can I build my own custom All-Time Team in MLB The Show 26?

Accepted Answer

Yes — ShowZone's Team Builder lets you assemble any lineup card-by-card and see the True Overall + Meta Overall ratings as you go. The All-Time Teams pages show what's possible at the very top end; Team Builder is where you mix in your actual roster, budget cards, and personal preferences. Many players use the All-Time Teams as a wishlist for collection grinding.

Question 6

What's the difference between franchise All-Time Teams and country All-Time Teams?

Accepted Answer

Franchise teams (Yankees, Dodgers, Red Sox, etc.) pull from cards historically associated with that MLB franchise. Country teams (Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Japan, etc.) pull from cards whose players were born in or represent that country — perfect for building WBC-themed lineups. Both use the same True Overall optimization, just with different eligibility pools.

Question 7

Which cards do I already own from the top All-Time Teams in MLB The Show 26?

Accepted Answer

ShowZone Pro members can sync their in-game inventory so every All-Time Teams roster page highlights which cards they already own vs which they still need to chase — turning the All-Time Teams from a wishlist into a personalized collection grind. Pro Gold enables the inventory sync + owned-card overlay across every franchise and country roster. Pro Diamond adds Investment Intelligence signals on the specific cards you still need, so you can time acquisitions with community buy/sell pressure trends and set push price alerts on target cards.
